Professional Learning Networks (PLN's) or Professional Learning Communities (PLC's) are groups of professionals with common interests and goals who connect and collaborate. Social media provides the vehicle to allow professionals to connect globally through rich dialogue, sharing of resources, discussion boards, blogs and more. Members of PLN's can customize their involvement to suit their individual needs.

As a Google Apps district, Edmonton Public School board employees have access to Google+. Consider using Google+ for professional connections, join and build communities, post questions and respond to colleagues.
